THE WINNER IS... CHECKERS! You have been emailed and have until 11:59 PM CT Monday to reply and claim your prize or Random.org will be used to select another winner.

I never expected to get a frozen entree packed in dry ice for review! But Wanchai Ferry's Beef and Broccoli dinner is a newer product, so instead of a coupon, My Blog Spark and Wanchai Ferry opted to ship out the real deal to Bloggers. Thank goodness!
The timing was perfect. Clara-Bear and Alan were both sick last week, I have been sick this week. Yesterday morning Clara-Bear had a follow-up pedi appointment for an ear infection that needs to pay rent if it's going to stay with us any longer, then my son wanted to go to the library.
When my sister read my Facebook status she said "remember when a pedi appointment meant a pedicure?" Back on subject, DH had to come home from work early so I could rest my achey head. Knowing how much I love to plan meals when I'm sick, he asked me what we were having for dinner. Wanchai Ferry Beef and Broccoli, babe, as soon as it arrives.
Wanchai Ferry frozen entrĂ©es are perfect to have on hand for those nights you´re in the mood for Asian cuisine, but would rather enjoy it with a relaxing night in. Available in the freezer section of your local grocery store, Wanchai Ferry frozen entrĂ©es come complete with everything you need to make a restaurant quality meal in the comfort of your own home. How lucky was this Blogger to get delivery?
We've had Wanchai Ferry Shrimp Lo Mein or Orange Chicken before when DH worked late and we didn't eat dinner with the children. We've always enjoyed how fresh tasting, flavorful, and easy the meals are. Wanchai Ferry's first beef entree, Beef and Broccoli, did not disappoint.
DH is not a fan of red meat, but he really liked the juicy beef in its soy and garlic brown sauce. I liked that the broccoli and red bell pepper weren't mushy, and the crunch of the water chestnuts. We were able to have a flavorful, light, grown-up dinner that was ready in less than 15 minutes.
Usually, if Mommy's sick or too busy to cook we'll have pizza or chicken wings. Heavy, expensive, and it can take longer to pick up an allegedly time saving meal than it did to prepare this Wanchai Ferry entree (delivery is not in the budget).
Wanchai Ferry frozen entrees are portioned for two and are MSG free. Available flavors are:
- Beef and Broccoli (new!)
- Kung Pao Chicken (new!)
- Szechuan Style Chicken (new!)
- Orange Chicken
- Shrimp Lo Mein
- Spicy Garlic Chicken
- Sweet & Sour ChickenLove or hate what you just read? Be social! Post a comment and click on the link below to share this post!
The lucky winner of this giveaway will not get their Wanchai Ferry entree delivered like I did, but My Blog Spark and Wanchai Ferry is giving away a prize package that includes a VIP coupon for a free Wanchai Ferry frozen entree and two tea sets.
Don't want to wait to try your delicious Wanchai Ferry frozen entree? My Blog Spark and Wanchai Ferry have also provided this link for a coupon worth $1.60 off your next purchase.
To enter this giveaway, post a comment following the rules below (scroll to the end of the comments and click on "post a comment"). You have the opportunity to enter this giveaway up to 15 times!!:
All entries must contain an email address if your profile is not public. Email me for directions on how to post anonymous entries without sharing your email address.
Mandatory 1st entry: Visit the Wanchai Ferry website and post a comment about their products or the company that I did not mention in my review.
The mandatory first entry must be completed before you can complete any of the following additional entries!
For an additional 1 entry: This is an easy one - post a comment about what Asian Meal you would like to see added to the Wanchai Ferry lineup (I vote for Spring Rolls!).
For an additional 1 entry: Enter another able2able giveaway. Post the name of the giveaway you enter in a comment here, and while you're there post the name of this giveaway for an additional entry!
For an additional 1 entry: Become a Facebook Fan of able2able... Your Special Needs Resource Directory and post a shout out comment on the fanpage wall. Current Facebook Fans may post an entry.
For an additional 3 entries: Become a public follower of able2able. Post 3 separate comments for your entries as a new follower. Current able2able followers may enter 3 times.

For an additional 4 entries: Blog about this giveaway! Your blog post must include links to this giveaway and mention Wanchai Ferry and My Blog Spark as giveaway sponsors. Include a link to your blog post in your comment. You must post a comment for each entry.
It is very important that you post a comment for each entry. Why? Because a random number generator will be used to select the winner. Each comment will be numbered by Blogger, and I will use those numbers for the drawing. So if you combine entries into one post all your entries will not be counted. There will be no do-overs!
I will verify that the winning entry has met the requirements above, so if your comment for a FB status update is the winning comment then I might ask to see that link, etc. If I cannot verify your entry, then all your entries will be removed from the list and the drawing will be repeated.
This giveaway ends at 11:59 pm (CT) on Thursday, June 10th.
The winner's name will be posted on able2able on Friday, June 11th and I will also email you. The lucky winner will have until 11:59 pm (CT) Monday, June 14th to contact me.
I was given the same package described above in exchange for this review and giveaway. My review is based on our experiences as a family, and was not influenced by the products I received.

I'm here from the Designer Tshirt dad & me giveaway. This is for an extra entry into that. Barb g. email above as I was already here it looks like.
for the added lineup its gotta be honey shrimp. I love shrimp but don't like it hot or spicy.
I learned the company really started on a pier. I think its pretty neat that she started so small and is so large now and that she takes recommendations from her customers which is probably why she is doing so well.
